The Sponsor Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact to develop sponsors for Ice and Dice LLC events in exchange for advertising opportunities in a volunteer capacity, supporting the organization’s mission of providing quality events for the gaming community.
Location will vary. The majority of the work will be performed remotely from the comfort of your home. Meetings will be held bi-weekly via Zoom with alternating weeks meeting at a member’s home in Milford, Ohio. Event locations will vary and attendance may be required at those locations in and around the Cincinnati area such as game stores, hotels, etc.
The intention is to have the Sponsor Coordinator serve as a member of Ice and Dice LLC on a permanent basis.
A 2-3 hour meeting once a week. An initial ramp up time of about 5 hours or as needed to develop sponsorship packages.2-5 hours or as needed whenever events are run to recruit and manage sponsors.
Guidance and assistance will be provided, primarily from the Marketing Director and managing board.
The only dress code will be for Ice and Dice logo wear as provided for participation in any sponsored event.
